I wanted to get a better picture of the current job market for positions I'm interested in. This dashboard analyzes web scraped data from LinkedIn job posts and provides a live snapshot of the evolving labor market. Data answers difficult questions

Having worked in commercial real estate (CRE) and lived in San Francisco and New York, I've always questioned the focus on 18-34 year-olds as the prime renting cohort in CRE. This dashboard visualizes data from the Census Bureau demonstrating whether 18-34 year-olds make up the largest proportion of renters in the United States.
